Once again no issues going TO the hotel from the airport, but it was the return trip. Last year I once again purchased another round trip ticket to the airport from another hotel. I sent the receipt back to Showtime when I got home and never got a refund. I was forced to use another shuttle company (and pay them) to take me to the airport and I was almost late for my flight. I was out there a half hour ahead of time and they NEVER showed up. About 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up i called Showtime and the customer service rep said they HAD gone to the Riviera and arrived on time, BUT the bellboy was my witness. I called the day before to arrange my pickup and the next day I was outside waiting a half hour before I was scheduled to be picked up. But it was the return trip back to the airport where i had an issue. Everything went fine with my trip from the airport to the hotel. Three years ago I purchased a round trip ticket from the airport to the Riviera. But let me back up and tell you about the other two bad experiences. I've had several bad experiences with Showtime Tours, and the most recent was this week when I arrived in Las Vegas for a convention. It will be faster, cheaper and save you frustration. This company is a waste of time Go with a taxi, ride sharing or if your not to far away walk to your strip hotel. Would nice to have a refund, but when your on vacation or traveling, it's your time that is valuable. I honestly can't believe the airport lets this company operate out of the airport, or that Allegiant Air would be associated with them. Employees are as helpful as possible, but not given much to work with. At that point I knew there was no way I would depend on them to show up on time, or at all for the return trip.
Who knows how long they had to wait for the van to return to the airport. They take whoever jumps on, not necessarily who has been waiting the longest. Luckily I got on bored, but about 30 other people had to wait for the next van. It ended up being a van, not a bus that held 11 passengers. Waited an hour at the airport for the "shuttle" to arrive. Purchased the round trip voucher as part of the Allegiant Air package on their website.
